In March, education was thrown a curveball that most of us have never seen before, and hopefully will never see again. With COVID-19, we were all given an opportunity to think differently about what it means to not only educate our students, but help meet so many of their other needs. We may have also realized just how important it is to relate to, and connect with, our staff members and support their needs. So, now what? When students and staff return to school, we will still need to educate students and support all staff members regardless of the educational setting we are in. This session will address the opportunities to build and support important relationships that may be in our near future.
